Dr. David Urness
Dr. David Urness has been in active practice at Valleyview Chiropractic since 1997. As an athlete and avid recreationist I have been injured and also rehabilitated through chiropractic care. It works! I have observed the great results that Chiropractic has had on improving people's lives. I enjoy the process of guiding patients in establishing a strong and healthy body, particularly the spine.
In addition to chiropractic adjustments I may use specialized techniques which apply to specific health concerns.
- Soft Tissue Management
- Assessment, Prevention, and Treatment Strategies for spinal-disorders
- Sports Rehabilitation and injury prevention
- Massage Therapy & Reflex Therapy
- Lifestyle recommendation: nutrition, exercise, and reduced stress!

Dr. Heather White
I have been in practice since 2003 and had the privilege of joining Valleyview Chiropractic in 2011. I first came to chiropractic as a teenager complaining of elbow pain. Regular medical care didn’t address the problem so my mom took me to her chiropractor who suggested the pain was in fact coming from my neck. Three treatments later I was feeling great and back to regular activities.
Today as a chiropractor one of my greatest pleasures is educating patients about the body and its ability to heal itself given the right tools. These can include regular exercise, a balanced diet, sufficient rest, and occasionally chiropractic care to encourage joint motion and release tight muscles. I really believe that it is what we do for ourselves that is the most important factor in maintaining strong, healthy spines and bodies.
Here at Valleyview we tailor each treatment to the specific needs of each patient at each visit so no two treatments are necessarily the same. Here are some of the therapies I provide:
- chiropractic adjustments
- soft tissue therapy (muscle, ligament, tendon, fascia)
- prescriptions for individualized therapeutic exercise and stretching
- techniques for decreasing physical and emotional stress
- suggestions for optimizing the diet
